a. It is your responsibility to keep us informed about matters relating to your course, and any other services we have provided for you, at all times.
b. You must inform us immediately if there are any changes to your contact details (your name, addresses in the UK and your country, telephone number, email address, emergency contacts in the UK and your country).
c. You can do this by using your Lexis online account or by email – firstname.lastname@example.org.
d. You must give us a minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice of any changes you request, such as changing levels, postponing your course start date or extending your course.
